Best Tips:

  1. The temples are a tourist trap in warm, humid weather getting pushed around. I would recommend getting there very early at 8:00 AM to beat the crowds with the umbrellas. Make sure you are dressed modestly covering you knees and elbows. If one is not dressed this way, the officer will not let you in.
  2. For the floating market, make sure you get a canoe that runs on it’s own, without the need of paddling. Tell your guide that you don’t want to stop at any of the stores and would rather sight see. The stores are all marked up and truly a rip off compared to the  street markets.
